A co-founder of Remarkable!, Randy is a a highly sought after speaker, consultant, and leadership expert, Randy is a pioneer in developing compelling and profitable market strategies through the use of a unique, core value assessment and ideation process. He has extensive experience in corporate strategic planning, operations management, marketing, technology operations, business consulting, and organizational leadership. Mr. Walton has worked with teams in the US, Europe, Africa, and Southeast Asia mentoring and advising senior leaders.

An expert on human motivation and organizational performance, Randy is a strong believer that our growth as an individual powers our capacity to cultivate influence and leadership with others. He is a student of cognitive neuroscience and the connection between what we value and how we act.

Randy is also a noted social entrepreneur leading efforts to create life changing impact in the local and global community around economic and community development. He is the co-author of: Enhancing Your Business Value… The Climb To The Top… Smart Strategies for a Successful Expedition and the Roadmap to Remarkable!  His newest book The Weight is launching in early 2020.

Married for 28 years he is the father to 3 daughters and one grandson he spends his spare time flying airplanes, sailing, inventing products to solve tricky problems, and is launching his own wine label in late 2019.

Gloria Southerland possesses more than 27 years of management consulting experience, primarily in the areas of leadership, talent development, performance and customer service. She specializes in designing, developing and implementing training programs, presentations, communications and learning tools, all customized to the unique business drivers and culture of each client.

Gloria is our Chief Story Teller, bringing to life the key messages and formulas for being a Remarkable leader and creating Remarkable cultures. She brings her creative communication and training design expertise to Remarkable! to create training, guidebooks and learning materials that help companies and leaders convey what needs to be said in ways that people inherently understand and embrace. Gloria recently co-authored Roadmap to Remarkable!

Gloria holds a BBA and an MBA degree in Human Resources/Organizational Communication from the University of Georgia. Gloria is also a guest lecturer for Kennesaw State University’s Executive MBA program.

Todd Garretson

Todd Garretson is Chief Relationship Creator at Remarkable!  Todd has a passion for helping organizations unlock dormant growth potential in people, teams and organizations.  The work he does helps clients explode through ‘good’ and ‘great’ on the way to becoming Remarkable!  

Todd spent the first decade of his career building and expanding a family manufacturing business.  He spent the last six years in a number of corporate leadership roles, leading strategy and market share growth initiatives for Hunter Douglas and Newell Rubbermaid. 

A growth strategist at heart, Todd specializes in building high-performance organizations as well as helping owners and executives with strategic planning.  He resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife and four children.

Dean Harbry, PCC

Dean is a Professional Certified Coach, credentialed through the International Coach Federation. He brings a long history of visionary leadership and managerial leadership coaching with individuals from banking, finance, technology, manufacturing, media and sales. As a trusted advisor, he partners with executives to leverage human resources.

Dean’s coaching focus is to help organizational leaders develop and hone their influence skills, paying particular attention to overseeing authorities (like boards and bosses), as well as peer relationships, vendors and direct reports. True leadership influence addresses all of these relational contexts.

Tim Babrick

Tim Babrick currently serves as the Director of Remarkable! Universities. In that role he oversees our partnership with major universities and collegiate athletic programs, serving college students and leadership teams in supporting growth for students and athletes, both on the field and off.

Tim is a leader who has found his purpose in developing and coaching future leaders.  Tim graduated from Northwood University with his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Sports Management.  He has worked in the not for profit sector, helping lead a prominent foster care organization in South Florida. This experience has allowed him to work with many different cultures, thus allowing him to learn, understand, and work with a variety of different cultures.  He has spent the last five years developing leadership teams in the hospitality field while implementing the Remarkable! content to achieve business goals as well as develop cultures in the work-place. Tim comes from an athletic family, and has lead his sports teams over the last fifteen years. He has an understanding of the value in bringing Remarkable! to college students; and the impact it will have on them in school and preparing them for their future endeavours.

Tim has helped develop and grow individual leaders that have moved into executive roles in their respective fields, and has been coaching, mentoring, and developing both the youth as well as colleagues over the last decade.
